PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This is the first step in modifying your EVO X.

The AMS EVO X intake pipe is designed to improve air flow to the turbocharger and increase horsepower and performance.

We installed the AMS EVO X Performance Intake with an AMS Manual Boost Controller set the factory 21 psi on our shop car and produced a tremendous 45 awhp over stock! The boost held better with the MBC and didn’t taper as much as it did with the factory boost control solenoid.

The AMS EVO X Performance Intake is professionally TIG welded in house by our master fabricators. High quality polished 3” mandrel bent aluminum is used in construction and the pipe ends are bead rolled for a great fit and easy alignment. A K&N free flowing filter is included along with all new 4 ply silicon couplers and new hose clamps. Another fine point is the BOV recirculation tube entry angle which is completely in-line with the air induction path avoiding turbulence and maintaining excellent air flow.
